- We ship all orders for FREE anywhere in Australia using Australia Post or a range of couriers. All orders over $30 are provided with a tracking number.
- Your order will be shipped from our warehouse located in Sydney.
- Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 - 3 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on Public holidays will be processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed.

the process from choosing and purchase was easy. The items arrived in excellent condition and very neat and clean. The only thing that I found troublesome was that when feeding the cords through eyelets I had two incidents where the cord was severed. I think that this might be stopped by perhaps coating the cords, on completion of weaving the different colors, with a clear resign or like product. This would reduce any type of friction that could be caused from passing the cords through meal eyelets.
