Easy Returns Process
Returning a product to us is simple:
- Obtain a Return Number: Log into your account on rhinoleather.com.au, go to ‘My Account’, navigate to ‘Orders’ and click on the ‘Shipped’ button. Select the ‘Return Item(s)’ tab, enter the quantity to return, complete the reason and action sections, and click ‘SubmitReturn Request’.
- Package Your Item: Ensure the item is in its original, unused, and unworn condition withtags intact.
- Send It Back: Once your return request is approved, pack the item, include a copy of the purchase receipt, and send it back to us.
- Receive Notification: You'll be notified via email once your return has been received and processed.
Important Rule
- All products must be returned in unused and unworn condition with tags intact. Products showing signs of wear, dirt, pet hair, perfume, smoke, or scuffing will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Refunds and Store Credits
- Incorrect Size or Change of Mind: You can choose between a 100% store credit or a refund subject to a 10% restocking fee (capped at $30 per item). Return postage is the customer's responsibility.
- Damaged or Not as Described: You can choose between a 100% store credit or a 100% refund. Return postage costs (Standard Post only, not Express) will also be refunded upon proof of postage.
Refunds cannot be processed until the returned goods have been received and inspected. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing.
Backorder & Out of Stock Policy
We strive to keep our inventory updated, but sometimes products may become out of stock. If this happens:
- Notification: You will be informed within 3 business days if an item in your order is out of stock.
- Options: You can choose to substitute the out-of-stock item with another product, receive a full refund, or wait for the backorder.
- Delivery Estimates: We will provide an estimated delivery date for backordered items and ship them as soon as they become available. You will receive an email with the tracking number once the item is shipped.
